At Nafs our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and Post office process the orders, which takes an additional  7-10 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 2–4 Weeks ( working days). US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on all our product for 2023.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2-4 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products and Covid19, or if you live in a remote area, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Yes, the tracking number is available for most countries and will be sent to you through email. It may take up to 14 days to receive your tracking number during peak season as our shipping company may delay the shipment. Make sure to open an account so you can always keep track on your order status.

What is Priority Shipping?

The site don't provide Priority shipping , only free shipping.

I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible, as we will try our best to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed quite quickly. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to make any amendments to the order.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

It is possible to cancel in 6 hours after your order has been placed. After that, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

Invalid Reasons:

  1. Customer no longer wants the items - This is the most common example which we do not tolerate. The Customer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the customer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Customer found items cheaper somewhere else - The Customer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Are there customs, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs?

We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. Unfortunately we have no control over that and follows with laws and regulations in your respective country. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Wazimu Shop is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Will my order come in one package?

In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in separate packages.

Can I get refund if I do not get my item?

It usually takes around 2-4 weeks to arrive unless it's to a remote destination or during a festival season, in which case it may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Customs checking will also delay the delivery time, so please we ask that you please be patient for your delivery. If the parcel does not arrive in 2 months, with tracking information or the sent receipt of the parcel provided, a replacement will be sent again under agreement, but no refund is applicable, if the second Item is also not receivd no refund or third replacement will be provided.

Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. What is the return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Review our refund policy for more details.

We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund your purchase in full.

Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Battery Charging Case etc. flammable accessories takes longer duration in shipping as they aren’t allowed in air cargo. They will travel in surface cargo.

Why does it take time?

It takes time because we ship products international shipping which requires custom clearance on both countries.

Please allow 7 days for your order to process.  Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.

Nafs is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.

We are not responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and…

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

Nafs reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any replacement.
